Job Overview

LawnStarter is seeking a self-motivated and dependable Sales Representative to join their team, working from home. This position focuses on making inbound and outbound sales calls in an engaging remote work environment. This is a full-time, seasonal role that opens the potential for long-term employment based on performance. The work schedule encompasses hours on weekdays and weekends, specifically from 7 AM to 12 AM CST on weekdays and 8 AM to 10 PM CST on weekends. Every employee is expected to commit to working for a maximum of 40 hours per week in this role.

Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Engage with customers through warm calls and explain the services provided by LawnStarter. Your goal will be to secure bookings for lawn care services.

• Customer Engagement: Establish rapport with customers and demonstrate superior service to enhance their experience.

• Sales Target Achievement: Use your skills to meet defined sales targets and metrics, ensuring effective communication that may lead to closing sales.

• Adaptability: Be adaptive to changes in customer needs and company updates, maintaining flexibility in your approach to calls and customer interactions.

Requirements

Candidates interested in this position must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: At least a high school diploma.
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory.
• Experience: Preferably two years of experience in the BPO industry or a relevant field.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and VoIP software will be favorable. Additionally, candidates must have access to a personal computer (with sufficient specifications, e.g., Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM) and a noise-canceling headset.
• Internet Requirements: A reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps) is a must, along with a backup option to ensure uninterrupted work.
