  • Monitoring and responding to client requests through chat

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Client Success or Account Management specifically within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding communication skills in various formats (chat, email, phone, and in-person)
  • Ability to articulate software solutions effectively and engage with executives, including VP and C-Level executives
  • Knowledge of various sales roles within an organization
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Proven success in managing a Book of Business, demonstrating both growth and retention capabilities
  • A driven, self-motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Access to a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
