As a Middle/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role will involve a plethora of responsibilities designed to enhance the recruitment process:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers to qualified candidates.
Partnership with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruiting needs, offering recruitment advice and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Candidate Assessments: Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit using a variety of interviewing methods.
Process Improvement: Actively contribute to improving recruitment processes by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
Problem-Solving: React professionally to potential issues that may arise, ensuring minimal impact on customer satisfaction.
Reference Checks: Conduct thorough professional reference checks to verify candidate information and gain insights into their history and performance.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize ATS tools for tracking candidate applications, updating statuses, and maintaining recruitment records.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Work with HR and administration teams to maintain alignment with company policies and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for newcomers.
PayDo sets clear expectations for their Talent Acquisition Specialist. The company anticipates that you will:
Fill 2-3 vacancies per month, primarily for Senior or Lead roles (with a rare focus on Junior positions).
Conduct a minimum of 15 interviews each week across various vacancies.
Maintain an average Time to Fill of less than 28 calendar days each quarter.
Engage in proactive sourcing of candidates.
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
At least 3 years of hands-on TA experience, focusing primarily on Non-Technical positions across various EU markets.
Experience in an International FinTech, Forex, iGaming, or Crypto environment would be advantageous.
A proven track record of successfully closing Risk & Compliance roles, including but not limited to KYB, KYC, Anti-Fraud, and AML.
Proficiency in English at a C1 (Fluent) level.
Familiarity with various candidates’ assessment methods.
High attention to detail in editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, scheduling meetings, and giving feedback.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
An ability to identify and solve recruitment challenges with a customer-focused mindset.
