Work Environment

Your position will be based partially remotely but will also involve working on-site in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, and Utrecht. Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following skill set:

• 5+ years experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with network and security architecture across local, regional, and global domains.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively, with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills: ability to collaborate within a team and independently present progress.
• Proficient in problem-solving and results-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate complex enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
• Relevant certifications such as JNCIP, with JNCIE being a plus.
• A security mindset and hands-on experience with technologies such as Juniper Apstra, Juniper EVPN-VXLAN, and Juniper QFX/PTX series are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, experience and knowledge in the following areas will enhance your application:

• Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) implementation and data center experience.
• Designing and implementing Software Defined Network (SDN) and complex networks.
• Familiarity with network protocols like BDP, OSPF, MP-FBP EVPN, VXLAN, or VPC.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Gitlab, and coding skills in Perl, Python, or Shell Scripting.

Salary and Benefits
