Key Responsibilities

The Offboarding Manager's responsibilities will include:

Offboarding Coordination

  • Manage the entire offboarding process for employees across various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and facilitate the initiation of offboarding procedures.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all offboarding activities adhere strictly to local labor laws and EOR-specific regulations.

Communication and Support

Payroll and Benefits
