Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement efficient, scalable, and data-driven processes for recruitment.
The ideal candidate for this recruiter position will possess certain key skills and experiences that will set them apart:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment (particularly less than 200 employees).
A proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing technical talent, with a focus on expertise in Python, Go, and experience in enterprise software.
Familiarity with recruiting tools, specifically Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for this role, ensuring effective interaction with candidates and hiring teams.
