As a Recruiter at Daybreak Health, the selected candidate will oversee the entire clinician hiring process, which encompasses sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. This role is integral in facilitating the recruiting strategy across multiple states, in collaboration with the Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams. The organizational need is for high-volume hiring, and the recruiter will be pivotal in ensuring that the team can expand its services to reach even more students in need.
The responsibilities of the Recruiter include:
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for clinical hires and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline of clinicians within expansion markets.
Conducting clinical interviews and managing interview logistics while facilitating candidate feedback loops.
Developing creative sourcing strategies to expand recruitment channels, including outreach to clinical networks and job boards.
Collaborating with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and efficiency.
Optimizing recruiting processes by implementing data-driven solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
Providing an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
A minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within clinician recruitment or in a high-volume hiring environment.
A passion for mental health and healthcare, with a genuine alignment with Daybreak’s mission.
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to engaging with candidates.
A data-driven mindset that allows for the tracking of recruitment metrics and workflow optimization.
High levels of organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment typical of startups.
Having experience in digital health, telehealth, or healthcare recruiting is a plus. Familiarity with ATS systems, hiring best practices, and understanding of HRIS functions can also enhance a candidate's profile.
