Job Role Overview

As a Recruiter at Daybreak Health, the selected candidate will oversee the entire clinician hiring process, which encompasses sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

  • Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for clinical hires and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline of clinicians within expansion markets.

  • Conducting clinical interviews and managing interview logistics while facilitating candidate feedback loops.

  • Developing creative sourcing strategies to expand recruitment channels, including outreach to clinical networks and job boards.

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and efficiency.

  • Optimizing recruiting processes by implementing data-driven solutions and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Providing an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.



Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within clinician recruitment or in a high-volume hiring environment.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to engaging with candidates.
