Job Summary

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM Operations Specialist will primarily focus on supporting campaign execution, audience management, marketing automation, and overall CRM operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and optimize campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage audience segmentation, data extensions, and subscriber lists

  • Support execution across email, SMS, and other multi-channel campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance while addressing delivery challenges
