Key responsibilities for the Senior HR Business Partner include:
Providing day-to-day guidance and support to leaders across all business levels regarding employee relations, performance issues, and career development.
Mentoring leaders in resolving routine employee relations and performance issues in alignment with best practices.
Managing complexities around employee relations and performance issues while conducting comprehensive investigations where necessary.

Advising leaders on hiring decisions and workforce planning to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategy.
Supporting the execution of annual performance management programs.

To be considered for the Senior HR Business Partner position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth organization.
Possession of a PHR, SPHR, or other applicable HR certification.
Demonstrated capability in managing complex employee relations issues and performance management.
In-depth knowledge across multiple human resources functions such as compensation practices, diversity, equity & inclusion, and employment law compliance.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to forge meaningful relationships with leaders and employees across the organization.
A proactive, self-starter mentality with a commitment to continuous improvement with processes and systems.
Strong analytical capabilities, time management skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Suite products and strong communication skills to facilitate effective trainings.
