This fully remote position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere while providing close collaboration with the Director of SEO. The primary focus of the role is guiding a team of SEO specialists to develop and implement effective SEO strategies specifically aimed at enhancing the visibility and reach of Crypto Gambling content.

Key Responsibilities

The SEO Team Lead will have a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Working closely with the Head and Director of SEO to curate, implement, and assess SEO strategies focused on crypto gambling.
• Managing a team of SEO specialists by overseeing their daily work, providing valuable feedback, and nurturing their professional growth and motivation.
• Acting as the main point of contact for all SEO queries related to crypto gambling, offering insights into SEO opportunities and coordinating essential work tasks.
• Utilizing data and cutting-edge industry tools to identify trends and new opportunities, guaranteeing that strategies remain innovative and ahead of the competition.
• Establishing and maintaining team targets, collaborating closely with team members to not only meet but exceed these goals, and making necessary adjustments to remain on course.
• Collaborating with editorial, commercial, and product teams to integrate valuable SEO insights into their ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications and Expectations

To excel in this role, candidates must meet certain requirements:

• Proven experience in creating sustainable strategies that enhance Google rankings.
• A minimum of two years of experience in either iGaming or cryptocurrency, with expertise in News SEO being highly desirable.
• The ability to clearly and effectively communicate SEO concepts to stakeholders at all levels, addressing any inquiries and clarifying requirements as necessary.
• Extensive experience with international websites and expertise in technical and on-page SEO for optimizing rankings.
• Strong data analysis skills for strategic planning and problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in SEO intelligence tools such as SEMRush, AHREFs, Majestic, and Sistrix, along with crawling tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Lumar.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Affiliate SEO best practices, including technical aspects, on-page strategies, and review-writing techniques.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
• Demonstrated success in training, mentoring, and coaching teams.
