  • Assist teams through transitional changes, ensuring streamlined communication and minimizing disruptions to business operations.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another business-related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of relevant HR experience specifically in Product or Engineering sectors.
  • A minimum of 2 years handling employee relations.
  • Experience with a workforce comprising between 400-800 employees.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and experience working with legal counsel on employment matters.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Lattice, Paylocity, and HR Acuity is advantageous.
  • A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
