Conducting both in-person and virtual educational presentations, product demonstrations, and in-service training on the WatchPAT device and associated diagnostic service workflows.
Identifying and engaging healthcare practices in your territory to provide valuable information regarding sleep apnea testing technology and available diagnostic options.
Supporting the onboarding process for new provider offices to ensure clarity regarding administrative processes, documentation requirements, and coverage policies.
Maintaining regular communication with provider offices to address any questions about service logistics, device utilization, and patient eligibility.
Monitoring market dynamics and industry trends through CRM tools to constantly improve outreach and efficacy.
Collaborating with internal teams, including clinical, operations, and reimbursement, to swiftly address provider inquiries and implement diagnostic testing services efficiently.
Representing ZOLL Medical at various healthcare events and conferences to educate stakeholders on HST and available diagnostic pathways.
For effective performance in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant experience may be considered.
At least 3+ years of experience engaging primary care providers, preferably with a background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), HST, or pharmaceuticals.
Familiarity with cold calling and effective territory management is advantageous.
Excellent relationship-building capabilities along with a solid understanding of the sales process.
A quick learner with a positive attitude is sought, with the capacity for project management and time management concerning priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
The Territory Manager position is remote but involves travel within the assigned territory. The physical demands might involve:
