Postman is looking for someone with over 8 years of experience in Customer Success. The candidate should possess consulting acumen, project management skills, excellent communication, problem-solving and adaptability, technical prowess, analytical capabilities, customer advocacy skills, and the flexibility to employ diverse methodologies to cater to a vast customer base. In-depth industry expertise, along with a relevant educational background, is also desired.
