The Growing Opportunity at Postman

Postman is expanding rapidly and is on the lookout for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager with fluency in English along with German, Spanish, or Italian to elevate their EMEA business. The role involves strategic engagement with Enterprise accounts, creating tailored success plans, and closely working with the Solutions Architecture and Customer Education teams to foster customer relationships.

Responsibilities You'll Undertake

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll engage in strategic account planning, proactive portfolio management, and lead impact reviews to continually showcase Postman's value. You'll collaborate with various internal teams to promote customer success and enhance platform adoption.

About The Ideal Candidate

Postman is looking for someone with over 8 years of experience in Customer Success. The candidate should possess consulting acumen, project management skills, excellent communication, problem-solving and adaptability, technical prowess, analytical capabilities, customer advocacy skills, and the flexibility to employ diverse methodologies to cater to a vast customer base. In-depth industry expertise, along with a relevant educational background, is also desired.
