Job Role

In this role, there are two distinct positions available: Sales Setters and Closers. Each position has its unique responsibilities but ultimately aims to convert potential leads into satisfied clients.

Sales Setters:

  • You will be responsible for making between 50-100 outbound calls daily.
  • Your target will include both warm leads and cold prospects, utilizing proven scripts provided by Law-Desk.

Closers:

  • Your focus will be on booking and conducting product demos.
  • You will work towards converting interested law firms into paying clients, sealing the deals that Setters have initiated.

Collaboration is crucial in this role, as you will work with the internal team to refine messaging and strategies that resonate best with prospective clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-based freelance position, with the potential to earn between $500 and $1,000 per closed deal. High-performing team members can average over 2 deals per week, which can roughly translate to earnings of $1,000+ per week.

Initially, the role includes a 4-week trial period where performance is closely monitored. If you close at least 2 deals per week, there is a strong likelihood of continued employment and the opportunity to scale your earnings significantly, dependent on results.
