Conducting thorough research to understand target audiences, keywords, and competitor strategies, ensuring improved campaign effectiveness.
Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve critical KPIs such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), and conversion rates.
Developing and testing ad creatives, which include copywriting, visuals, and formats, while collaborating with content and design teams to ensure coherence across campaigns.
Efficiently managing advertising budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) through strategic allocation and adjustments.
Setting up and maintaining tracking systems using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking to offer precise performance insights.
Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, detailing insights and optimization recommendations to guide future strategies.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, ensuring that the strategies are innovative and effective.
Collaborating with internal teams to align paid media strategies with the overall marketing objectives of the agency and clients.
Applicants are expected to meet specific qualifications to succeed in this role:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
1 to 3+ years of experience in Paid Media or Digital Advertising, showcasing a robust understanding of campaign dynamics.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads, emphasizing practical knowledge of these platforms.
A strong analytical skills set and a data-driven mindset to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with tools for tracking, reporting, and measuring performance to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
