Job Position: Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role is within the Strategy and Continuous Improvement team at PointClickCare. This position is responsible for coordinating project-related activities, such as project creation, data cleansing, and investigation. It involves close collaboration with various departmental teams across the full project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will also play a vital role in implementing new tools, policies, and processes, directly reporting to the Sr. Resource Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handling project activities like project creation, generic resourcing, and budget updates.
  • Working with Kantata and Salesforce for project management purposes.
  • Maintaining effective communication through MS Teams, mailboxes, and calendars.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in project deliverables in consultation with management.
  • Assisting in data cleansing to ensure database accuracy.
  • Supporting Project Managers throughout the project life cycle.
  • Conducting monthly audits for quality compliance.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, a post-secondary education in a field relevant to Project Management or Administration, full proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills & Certifications

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in Salesforce and Kantata, along with a Project Management certification (PMP/CAPM), will have an advantage. A good understanding of project cycle activities as outlined by the PMBOK & Project Management Institute is also beneficial.

Compensation & Commitment to Equality

PointClickCare offers a total rewards package that includes a base salary range for this role between $57,000 and $65,000, alongside bonuses or commissions, equity, and benefits. The salary range accounts for various factors, including job-specific skills and experience.
