About the Job

The Manager of Content Development reports to the Vice President of Content and is responsible for leading a team tasked with producing and updating content for OffSec's comprehensive Online Learning Library, live and online courses, and certifications. The role involves managing deliverables, setting and tracking team goals, hiring and nurturing talent, improving content processes, understanding market trends, and participating in strategic planning.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
