Job Opportunity at BMO

BMO is offering a position within the Customer Shared Services group to support the Home Financing Fulfillment Team (HFFT). The role requires ALD and BFS qualifications and includes rotational shifts from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 8 pm EST. Notably, this job employs a REMOTE work model, mandating only 2 days per month in the office, although this may be subject to change.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage critical lending operations processes, including loan administration and servicing activities. The role involves the execution of payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities, and processes, ensuring adherence to service level agreements while promoting efficient workflow and establishing robust relationships across the organization to achieve business results. In addition, it entails communicating with internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, and offering solutions and advice to the business group on solution implementation.

Role Requirements and Skills

Applicants are expected to have between 3 to 5 years of related experience backed by a post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In-depth knowledge and expertise in system and technology, business unit's products, services, processes, controls, and regulatory requirements are essential. Proficiency in prioritization, PC skills, communication, team collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and influence are also required.
